Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Selection Process
Bihar Home Guard me main selection physical fitness aur performance ke aadhar par hota hai. Overall selection process me ye 4 main stages honge:
- Stage 1 - Physical Standard Test (PST): Height aur Chest ki jaanch.
- Stage 2 - Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Running aur Physical Fitness Test (Total 15 Marks).
